Cynthia Bonacum is a New York-based actor and singer. She just graduated with a Master's Degree in Vocal Performance from NYU Steinhardt in May of 2018. She also holds a B.A. in English from Vassar College, and uses her love of literature and language to inform her storytelling on stage. 

Cynthia has been featured at the Provincetown Playhouse, The Tarrytown Music Hall, Feinstein's/54 Below and more. She has worked with John Bucchino in NYU Steinhardt's Fall 2016 production of A Catered Affair and, In the Spring of 2017, she starred as Masha in the first college workshop of Laurence O'Keefe and Nell Benjamin's new Soviet-comedy musical, Life of the Party. Most recently, she was seen as Evka in Enlargement, a new musical comedy that had its world premiere at FringeNYC. Outside of the theatre, Cynthia's other passions include reading and creating comics, ice skating, and watching TV shows with a strong female lead.
